CO0143 Provision for Long Term Commercial Vehicle Leasing and Short Term Vehicle Hire

Essex County Council (ECC) seeks to award one contract for the provision of leased commercial vehicles and short-term hires together with all the associated maintenance and fleet management services. ECC utilises specialist commercial vehicles and short-term hire of vehicles in the delivery of services to Essex residents. Mainly but not limited to minibuses, wheelchair access minibuses and library van type vehicles.
