Work description
A pre-market consultation questionnaire to support the procurement of an Economic Professional Services Framework to provide economic services specific to the housing sector and Homes England's Mission and Objectives as set out in the Strategic Plan. This will cover Appraisal, Evaluation and Economic Modelling services.
