Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply to NHS Supply Chain depots via the stock route of Polymerproducts including black domestic waste bags, soluble laundry bags, perforated bags, resealable bags andspecimen bags, PEVA body bags, alginate stitch laundry bags, printed white, clear and coloured bags andspecialist items. This Framework Agreement is for 2 years with the option to extend in incremental stages for upto a total period of 48 months. NHS Supply Chain anticipates re-opening competition on the date that is twelvemonths from the Commencement Date for each of Lots 1 to 6 and each of the product lines in Lot 7 (but it shallbe under no obligation to re-open competition in such a manner or at all).
