## Description

Kirkles Council is issuing this PIN to alert the market of the forthcoming procurement opportunity for the SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh, with the option to include provision of Council and Public Wi-Fi and LAN support during the life of the agreement\. The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2023 for a period of 5 years\. It is anticipated that the Council may extend the contract for up two periods of 2 years \(2\+2\), meaning the final possible expiry date is 31 August 2032\. The estimated contract value stated includes the estimated cost of all elements of the service\.
