The Provision of an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for the villages of Creswell and Langwith in Bolsover district of Derbyshire.

Additional information: Commissioners have a single option to extend the contract up to a maximum of 5 years. If the full 5 year option is utilised this would equate to a further £2,429,010 based on the 16/17 Global Sum Rate

This service was tendered prior to the 18th April 2016. The Procurement was carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (the "Regulations") and the Public Contracts (Amendments) Regulations 2009 (the "Regulations"). The Services were procured as a "Part B" service and NHS Arden & GEMCSU is bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Part B services.
