This is a market engagement opportunity: Guinness is looking to replace its Customer Contact Centre capabilities and contract with a partner to provide a Managed Service\. We are looking for organisations to provide us with an outline of their offering with reference to our requirements in the market engagement brief\. We want to understand what the market can offer before we formally commence any procurement process\. Information provided will help inform the procurement process, which is separate to this market engagement\.
