Market Research New Innovation Finance Products - Qualitative Phase

The research will seek to extend the evidence of the drivers of demand and attitudes towards a range of innovation finance products, with specific attention to the stage of innovation development of the project, commercial development of the business, business size and sector, and single entity projects or collaborative nature of innovative projects which might be funded by different finance instruments. There are three broad categories of new innovation finance products, each with a range of options: • Repayable-advances; • Debt-based instruments; and • Equity-based instruments. The products to be researched will be specified at the beginning of the project. Where there are relevant findings regarding the use of hybrids these should be highlighted
