Framework: Supply of Cleaning Materials, Clothing & PPE

The council is looking to appoint supplier(s) for the supply of cleaning materials and equipment, clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE).

The requirement is for one supplier to deliver a set weekly order of cleaning and janitorial items straight to a number of designated sites within the Borough of Scarborough and also for one supplier to attend the stores room located at the Dean Road Depot YO12 7QS a minimum of once a week and undertake a quick inventory for items used from labelled pick-bins. Used items (mainly PPE and Workwear) are identified and are re-ordered, to an agreed minimum level and then brought the following week, unpacked and the appropriate pick bins replenished with all packaging removed from site. A further review of stock is then completed and so on.
