NHS England Framework Agreement: Midlands and East (Tranche A)

Description

A framework is awarded for the supply of proprietary pharmaceuticals to participating Authorities in the NHS Region: Midlands and East. The period of the resulting framework is 01 March 2018 - 29 February 2020, with an option to extend (at the Authority's discretion) for a period or periods up to a total of 24 months. The framework agreement is intended for use by the Department of Health, Public Health England and the NHS in England. The framework may also be used by private sector contractors and agents working on behalf of the above. The advertised awarding value of £163 million is the maximum value over the full potential 4 year period. The initial 2 year period of 1 March 2018 - 29 February 2020 therefore carries an awarding value of £81.5 million (£40.75 million per annum). Redacted award schedules have been attached for each of the 22 awarded suppliers.
