Expression of Interest - Homeless Hostels, Housing First and Support Services

Thurrock Council is planning to go out to tender to seek a Provider to deliver Homeless Hostels housing management and support, and is seeking feedback from the market on this proposal.

The service will consist of the following:

o Housing management & support for two homeless hostels in Thurrock o Floating support to residents at risk of facing eviction o Housing First Project, providing intensive support to people who are long term or recurrently homeless and have high ongoing support needs o Rough Sleepers Outreach, identifying and providing interventions for rough sleepers bedded down in the borough.
