JRHT Decorating Works 2027

The works include decorations and pre-paint to properties owned / managed by JRHT including but not limited to: Cleaning rainwater goods, windows, facia etc., Pre paint repairs, Paint - Windows, Doors & Door Frames, Masonry, Timber, Railings etc., to properties owned and/or managed by the Employer ('the Contract Area').

The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term with 2 x 2 year extension options.

The underlying contract is awarded via a direct award from Lot 9A Paint and Pre-paint Repairs Works of the EN:Procure GEN4 Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works.
