## Description

The works include decorations and pre-paint to properties owned / managed by JRHT including but not limited to: Cleaning rainwater goods, windows, facia etc\., Pre paint repairs, Paint - Windows, Doors & Door Frames, Masonry, Timber, Railings etc\., to properties owned and/or managed by the Employer \('the Contract Area'\)\. The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term with 2 x 2 year extension options\. The underlying contract is awarded via a direct award from Lot 9A Paint and Pre-paint Repairs Works of the EN:Procure GEN4 Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works\.
