West Bergholt Community Hub and Parish Office

The works involve the construction of a single storey pitched roof extension of cavity wall construction to the John Lampon Hall, Lexden Road, West Bergholt, Colchester, Essex for use as a Community Hub and Parish Office, which will be self contained in respect of its own welfare facilities and access.

Please note, £10,000 of contingency that was previously included for the structural steelwork costs is no longer required following receipt of final drawings.

Final drawings uploaded on 3rd July 2024. Moving of the exisiting fire escape doors of adjoining hall no longer part of the project as that work has already taken place.

Please note, the sucessful contractor will be expected to complete a minor works JCT contract.
