The project consists of the refurbishment of Lecture Theatres in the following buildings: •Constantine CG\.17, CG\.26 and C2\.09 - full refurbishment •Middlesbrough Tower M10\.13 and M10\.14 - full refurbishment Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
