Work description
This Invitation to Tender is for the appointment for providing Conservation Accredited Lead Professional Architect/Chartered Building Surveyor/Chartered Architectural Technologist Services, including Contract Administration, for Baguley Hall, Manchester. To include CDM Principal Designer services, either Lead prof to take on or domestic sub-contract the Principal Designer role under the CDM Regulations 2015.
