P4103168 - Provision of Legal Advisers to Support Passenger Services Market North & South (Variation)

This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further 3 months is to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date the 31st October 2022. - The contract value shall be increased by an additional £300,000 excluding VAT, making the total contract value £900,000 excluding VAT.
