## Description

The Council is looking to appoint a Market Operator to manage and operate the Council's Town Centre Market\. The purpose of this expression of interest is for the Council to engage with established operators of similar facilities to obtain information which will inform and assist the Council in the procurement\. Please review the information in the Expression of Interest Document that accompanies this advertisement\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
