As part of the ongoing City Centre Transformation programme, the next phase at Grey Street commenced in January 2023. An integral part of the designs and improvements includes new seating which will be located within 4 new Rain Gardens on the East side of Grey Street. This procurement seeks to find a suitable contractor to design , fabricate and supply the Steel edging required for the new rain gardens areas.
