The work consists of the application of a Sika Decothane Ultra 25 year system to roofs of flats in Bilberry Road, Clifton, Bedfordshire; and entails: all preparation works; applying pre-treatment, primer, pre-waterproofing coat, and reinforced top coats; undertaking all minor repairs; undertaking any associated general builders work; and any other works required to comply with the Tender Specification attached\.
