## Description

The fire safety order has been revised through passing of the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the scope now includes external walls\. To meet the new requirements, the Council requires a suitable service provider that has qualified and competent individuals, registered as fire engineers, to carry out fire risk appraisals of external walls \(FRAEWs\) in accordance with PAS 9980:2022\.
