## Description

Post-contract Employer's Agent Services covering: Administration of a JCT Design and Build Contract\. Provision of a Clerk of Works service, undertaking site inspections twice per month\. Undertaking pre-handover inspections as well as inspections at the expiry of the defect liability period\. We have assumed a 12-month defect liability period\. Chairing and issuing minutes of monthly progress meetings\. Provision of CDM Principal Designer Services\.
