EOI - Children's Residential Provision - Strategic Operating Partner (CSC252)

Description

Torbay are applying for a capital investment bid opportunity to develop a new registered residential provision in Torbay, to provide placements for four young people with complex mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour. Torbay's ambition would be to jointly commission a delivery model with the ICB, creating a partnership Torbay children's home to be managed and staffed externally via a competitive tender and seeking a strategic operating partner/provider. The purpose of the expression of interest is to identify: • there is interest in the market for delivery of this type of model; • there are sufficient providers with the capacity and capability to participate in any future tender process; • to obtain information to inform Torbay's capital funding application and any future procurement activity Please note that any contract start and end dates provided within this expression of interest are not to be relied upon, as no decisions have been in that respect.
