Security Keyholding, Lock and Unlock and Call Out Services 1st Floor Fermentation North, Finzels Reach, Bristol - AWARD

This Specification describes the security service required by Historic England at its Bristol office. By way of summary, HE requires the Contractor to deliver a security service that includes control of keys (BS 7984), locking and unlocking buildings and reacting to alarm activation call outs.

Earliest contract start date 31st March 2023 or as close as reasonably possible to this date. Contract End date 31st March 2026, with the option to extend by up to an additional 2 years (31st March 2028). Please clearly indicate how long you require for the mobilisation period.
