Framework for the Provision of Construction Related Professional Consultancy

The aim of this procurement process was to establish a Framework Agreement with appropriate Framework Providers, to support the University in the delivery of its Capital Investment Programme and in the on-going maintenance of its existing estate and facilities.

The University has conducted this procurement using the Restricted Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations for the purpose of procuring the Construction Related Professional Consultancy as described in the relevant Scopes of Service.

The procurement followed a clear, structured and transparent process to ensure a fair and level playing field was maintained at all times, and that all Tenderers were treated equally.
