KnowB4 Cyber Security Training

Description

The current purchase of KnowBe4 Phishing licensing is due to expire on 21/06/2024. KnowBe4 provides phishing and security awareness training licenses to the CPS estate and assists with providing simulated phishing attacks. The key stakeholder for the requirement is the Cyber Security Team led by Sirrul Choudhary. Internal stakeholder is happy with supplier service and the platform provided by KnowBe4. The recommended approach to this requirement is to renew like for like for a total of 8,000 users. The licensing will be purchased via purchase order, with the budget coming from the software licensing budget. This procurement has been deemed critical due to its essential cyber security nature, and therefore will be purchased under pre-election rules to ensure continuity of service.
