TC030 - Educational Improvement Services Primary Education Setting

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Educational Improvement Services Primary Education Setting which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. This procurement exercise is being run as an Open Invitation to Tender (ITT) under the Light Touch Regime Rules and the Authority will appoint up to three (3) contractors on the Framework Agreement. The term of the Framework Agreement will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further two (2) twelve month extensions. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence on 1 July 2019. The Authority is seeking to commission through this framework a number of Educational Improvement Strategic Partners (EISP who is the "Provider") who will appoint and manage Associate School Improvement Professional (ASIPs) to provide challenge and support as appropriate, directed by the Authority's Education & Learning Division(ELD).
