## Description

Birmingham City Council are inviting tenderers for the provision of a commercial Bus Operator Service to; operate, manage, maintain and service a fleet of hydrogen buses which will be leased to the Bus Operator by the Council\. The contract will last 7 years \(unless terminated under the terms and conditions of the contract\)\. In addition to the contract the successful supplier will be required to sign a Lease Agreement for the Hydrogen Buses\. The lease period will be 7 years and begin with the delivery of the hydrogen buses in March 2019\. BCC will be using its e-tendering system \(in-tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
