A consultant is to be appointed to procure SI and survey works, produce a remediation strategy, procure a remediation contractor and project manage the remediation works.

It should be noted that the site remediation works will be commissioned under a separate contract. The procurement of the works does fall under this commission, however, the works themselves do not.
