## Description

The contract appoints a supplier to act as Orbit's Head of Audit and direct internal resource as well as deliver Orbit's annual internal audit plan using their own expert resource as well\. Supplier will also have the responsibility to prepare Orbit's future annual internal audit plans\. The Contract has been awarded following a further competition under GCA RM6310 Audit & Assurance Services Framework Two \(A&AS2\)\. The Call Off Contract included the option to extend for 2 further 2 year periods\.
