## Description

This contract is for the appointment of a provider to sell ice cream at two designated Park sites for the period 17th May 2023 to 16th May 2024, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods\. The maximum length of the Licence to Occupy could therefore be three years up to and including 16th May 2026\.
