SMG Dynamic Pricing Solution

We are looking to implement a dynamic pricing trial at the Science Museum across a 12-month period, to learn more about audience responses to a series of tests and to understand the resource needed to successfully deploy and run the system in the longer term. This invitation to tender seeks a clear picture of the cost and potential benefits of a trial before final internal approval for the project is sought. At this time, we are not proposing to implement dynamic pricing at any of the other Science Museum Group museums.

The Science Museum in London is free to enter but has several permanent or temporary attractions within it that are paid-for. We have found that this is unusual in our sector and gives us both opportunities and challenges around ticketing innovation.
