This will include Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield, as well as a second phase of the campaign in Leeds. This work supports the Combined Authority's Connectivity Plan to increase the number of walking, cycling and public transport journeys. The supplier will be working with a project team of communications and marketing professionals at the Combined Authority.
