## Description

Oldham Council is seeking to procure a range of services supporting children and young people with SEND and their families\. Oldham are ideally seeking to work with one overall lead provider and will consider partnership and sub-contracting arrangements\. The successful provider/s will deliver high quality provision in a timely and inclusive fashion for children and young people aged 0 - 25 with SEND and their families including the following: • access to play and leisure activities as part of our Short Breaks offer • a DRS - Dispute Resolution Service The intention is to award a contract for 5 years with an option to extend the contract by up to two further years,
