Contract Amendment 01 allowed UP Projects to organise short talking heads film of each proposal for engagement purposes and to be able to pay shortlist artist honorarium payments\. Contract Amendment 02 enacted the second and final phase of the Windrush Monument commissioning process and extended the contract until 30 June 2022\.
