## Description

The University of Bristol has a requirement for a custom photonic-integrated-circuit \(PIC\) capability that is optimised specifically for applications being carried out by the Quantum Engineering Technology Laboratories \(QET-Labs\)\. The requirements that differentiate the requirements of QETLabs from existing commercially available services are low loss waveguides, low loss inter-connections to fibre optics, and low power consumption passive tuning elements\.
