## Description

The OSS retrofit advice is funded through UKSPF and will support residents in North of Tyne to understand and access domestic energy improvements \(retrofit\) to reduce energy bills and domestic carbon emissions\. The in-person energy advice for the wider North East region is funded through the Local Energy Advice Demonstration \(LEAD\) funding and will provide in-person energy advice focused specifically on 'hard to treat' properties, and 'hard to reach' residents across the wider North East region\.
