1718-0011 Door Entry and Access Control Systems: Testing, Servicing and Repairs

Repairs will be carried out inside both tenanted and leasehold properties, to communal areas, and to communal services and facilities. Examples of work which may be carried out under the contract include but are not limited to:  Communal door entry repairs  Internal door entry repairs to residents' properties including handsets  Repairs to powered gates  Servicing of powered gates  Repairs to adapted door entry systems  Repairs to electric door openers  Repairs to powered shutters  Other door entry repairs
