2016 - 2018 Planned Works Kitchen and Bathroom (Sub - contractors)

We are seeking to procure the following numbers of companies for each lot to work on KWLs behalf.

• Lot 1: Kitchen Installations. Up to 2 sub -contractors • Lot 2: Bathroom Installations. Up to 2 sub -contractors • Lot 3: Flooring. Up to 2 sub contractors

The above detailed lots shall cover a citywide service within of Kingston upon Hull and occasionally work in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The Contract Periods will be for a 2-year period commencing on 20th June 2016. The contracts may be extended for a further 1 year period.

The annual sub contractor spend is circa £1,000,000 for the Kitchen Installation works and £200,000 for the Bathroom Installation works.
