Site visits will take place on: Wednesday 30 March 2016 and also Wednesday 06 April 2016. Please refer to A12 250 of the Specification document. Please note it is limited to 2 attendees for the site visit. Please note there is no parking available on campus.

Nature: Contractor's Design and Build project for full strip and replacement of pitched roof coverings in phases to Queens Building, Chelmsford Campus including set up and maintenance of internal and external protection measures, erection of specialist scaffolding, installation of insulation between rafters, new membrane, timber battens and 25% new tiles (using 75% salvaged tiles). Location: Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford Campus.
