AdviserPlus is an example of a purpose-built, cloud-based case management system\. This is a commercial off-the-shelf \(COTS\) product which can be configured to National Highways needs\. Further conversation and evaluation is required once a route to market is identified, to ensure that all requirements are met or mitigated by the chosen supplier\.
