## Description

This contract is for the design, modernisation and refurbishment of the Play Area in Pontefract Park, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF8 4QD\. The play area serves large residential areas with a mixture of social housing and privately owned properties\. It is also situated in one of Wakefield's largest and popular multi-functional destination parks located in the Wakefield district The maximum budget available for this project is £400,000 and it is essential the project is completed and handed over by no later than 31st March 2022\.
