Work description
WM Housing Group wishes to tender for the provision of a range of property and land valuation appraisal services, in the following geographical areas:
o Greater Birmingham LEP area and Black Country o Coventry & Warwickshire o Herefordshire o Worcestershire o Staffordshire o Shropshire
WMHG seek to establish a framework agreement with multiple service providers, which fulfils development and sales requirements for valuation services. At this point we anticipate an initial duration of TWO years, but we retain the option to extend the arrangement, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
The framework is to provide valuation appraisals for proposed and new affordable / open market land valuation and units and ensures that.
WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint up to 4 service providers.
