Work description
The contract will be for the conversion of the 2nd floor of a retail block in King's Lynn town centre to one and two bed flats, initially for use as temporary accomodation for homeless people. A key requirement is to minimise disruption to tenants using ground floor retail space and 1st floor office and storage space.
