## Description

Stroud District Council \(SDC\) has a 10 year Sheltered Modernisation Project which seeks to improve the sheltered housing accommodation across the district\. As part of this project, we are looking to breathe new life into the ex-warden properties which are no longer required following service delivery changes\. SDC are seeking a contractor to undertake these works in a professional and effective manner\.
