## Description

Homes England acquired the St Martin's Hospital site in 2019 from the NHS Trust following a period of decline and in patient services\. Following review of information provided on transfer the requirement to undertake asbestos surveys to both meet Homes England duty of care in relation to Health & Safety and provide supporting information to planned demolitions has been identified\.
