CA11245 - Tender 67/2022- Provision of Quantity Surveying Services for the Small Settlements Shop Front Improvement and Dereliction Scheme

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ("the Council") in partnership with the Department for Communities, Department for Infrastructure and Department of Agricultural, Environment and Rural Affairs will deliver a Small Settlement Revitalisation Scheme.

There are seven small settlements included in this Small Settlement Revitalisation Scheme, namely, Annalong, Dundrum, Hilltown, Killyleagh, Meigh, Newtownhamilton, and Strangford/Killough (for the purpose of this project Strangford and Killough is identified as one settlement).

The Council is working with project working groups to deliver projects through the following themes: Shop front enhancement scheme, streetscape, open space, and active travel enhancement.

Across these four themes, there are two elements for which the Council requires Quantity Surveying (QS) services:

1. Shop Front Enhancement Scheme 2. Derelict / Vacant property Scheme
