The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is inviting suppliers to bid for the occupation and operation of retail units being developed upon the main hospital campus\. This occupation will be on a leasehold basis for a period of 7 years with the optional break points at year 5 and at year 6\.
