## Description

The Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership \(BCLEP\), Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership \(GBSLEP\), Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership \(CWLEP\) and Staffordshire County Council \(SCC\) \(the Procuring Authority\) requires a supplier for the provision of a strategic employment sites study for the West Midlands\. This will involve, \(a\) refresh of the evidence base contained in a previous study undertaken in 2015, \(b\) if the evidence refresh shows that there remains a shortfall across the area, make recommendations on appropriate strategic employment sites; and \(c\) identify and assess appropriate strategic employment locations\. In addition to desk based studies, the work will also be informed by stakeholder groups\. The key output will consists of a series of reports\.
