## Description

Software Support and Maintenance for CycComms telecoms software, which is hosted by Leicestershire Police for the East Midlands region\. Additional information: Only the supplier can provide this software support and maintenance, as to maintain what we already have in place is more cost effective than replacing the software\. Especially when taking into account the time, disruption and risk to install, test and go live with new software and the potential training implications across the five Forces\. Please note that note that the system is planned to be migrated to a cloud hosted solution in the next few months and Leicestershire Police have a G Cloud contract in place and this is a continuation of an existing agreement\.
