Responsive Repair and Maintenance - Fire Protection Chargeable Contract B, South of the Borough & Contract A, North of the Borough

These two fire protection contracts are for housing stock within the geographical boundaries (Contract A - north of the borough and Contract B - south of the borough) in the London Borough of Southwark. The contract will include responsive repairs and maintenance as follows: • Passive & Active fire protection, including all / any associated works • Windows, Doors, frames, linings and casings in compliance with Approved Document B • Associated sundry building works • All scaffolding, mobile towers, hydraulic lifts and working platforms to facilitate the works • Repair all external associated repairs Repair all external associated repairs Each contract will provide all of the works, with a maximum term for each contract of three years.
